Hyper Growth Engine is operated by Involve Digital ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to hyper-growth.involvedigital.com, client sites hosted on our platform, and related services.

1. Data we collect

Account data. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider — we never see or store your plain-text password).

Business information. To build your product business we collect the information you share with us during onboarding and in your dashboard — for example your business name, industry, services, pricing, goals, and the messages you exchange with our onboarding assistant.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing information (such as your email, the product purchased, and subscription status). We never receive or store your full card number.

Contact and webinar data. When you submit a contact form or register for a webinar we collect the details you provide (typically name and email) so we can respond or deliver the session.

Course activity. If you use courses on the platform we record enrolments, lesson progress, and quiz results so your learning picks up where you left off.

Technical data. Like most websites we receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and to keep the service running.

2. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

  • provide and operate the platform and your account;
  • generate your website, funnels, email sequences, and related content from the business information you provide;
  • process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • respond to enquiries and provide support;
  • send service emails (such as webinar confirmations);
  • maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (securing and improving the service), consent (where you opt in to receive marketing), and legal obligation (where processing is required by law).

3. Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the platform. They process data only on our instructions:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (hosted in the United States);
  • Vercel — website hosting and content delivery;
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Resend — transactional email delivery;
  • Anthropic — automated content-generation services used to draft your website copy, funnels, and email sequences from the business information you provide. This data is not used to train their models.

Where data is transferred internationally (including to the United States), transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Client sites and their visitors

Our clients publish their own websites on the platform. If you submit a form on a client's site, your details are collected on behalf of that client, who is responsible for how they use them. We act as a processor, storing and forwarding those details to the client. Contact the site owner directly for questions about their use of your data.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — those required to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK and EU data protection law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by emailing hello@involvedigital.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We protect personal data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated per-account data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you of any breach as required by law.

9. Children

The platform is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date. Questions? Email hello@involvedigital.com. See also our Terms of Service.
